RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To prove our confidence in the products we provide and their value to you, we are offering a 14-day, money-back guarantee. Any cosmetic items, cannot be opened or tested - if we deemed the product to have been used we will destroy the item and this will not be refunded. 

All you have to do is to send us an email within 14 days from receiving your order, send it back within 7 days of receiving it and we will offer you a full refund on your purchase!  Please be aware any cosmetic  items must be unopened to be entitled to a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on the swimwear line therefore, after placing an order you recognise and agree you are not entitled to a refund for any purchases under any circumstances.

Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery for a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


All deliveries are tracked and we will use the delivery date from the tracking page. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All returns must be returned to our headquarters in the United Kingdom, even if this has been shipped from your local warehouse. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. Should you wish to cancel your order for a full refund, please send an e-mail to tanningzpm@gmail.com or contact us through the contact form on the website. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 12 hours. You will be charged a $2 fee for the transaction charge.
